- Install Chess 2024 (if not already installed)
Download the app and then start the installer by invoking the downloaded file — typically in the bottom left or top right corner of the browser. - Open app (if not already running)
Select Chess 2024 in the Windows Start menu or on the desktop. - Start game
Select Start > Game against computer. The Start menu is in the upper left corner of the app. - Make moves
Point and click the piece to be moved, point and click the destination square. Drag & drop also works. - Check status
The status of the game is displayed in the lower left corner of the window.
